|Amana offers a wide variety of gas and electric ranges and wall ovens. The features and benefits are specific to individual models. Listed below are some possible explanations for service codes that may appear in the display of electronic control models. Codes may differ for individual range or wall oven models. Please refer to your Owner's Manual for specific display information for your particular model.
To clear the code from the display, press the CANCEL or CLEAR pad, or disconnect the electrical supply for approximately three minutes. If the code reoccurs, contact an authorized Amana service representative. An authorized servicer can be located by clicking on the "Customer Service" link referenced to the left and then "Service & Repair."
- F0 – shorted or sticking push pad or key
- F1 – pad malfunction
- F2 – high oven temperature
- F3 – temperature sensor malfunction
- F4 – temperature circuit malfunction
- F5 – control malfunction
- F6 – control malfunction
- F7 – shorted or sticking push pad or key, or door lock malfunction
- F8 – control malfunction
- F9 – door lock malfunction, or door not completely closed
- FF – door lock malfunction
- FFF – control malfunction
